Children's Weekend Worship

Sunday School is offered during worship celebrations on Sunday @ 9:35 & 11:15 AM.

Nursery
6 weeks - 2 years—We believe every child is a special gift from God and should be treated with kindness and respect. Our goal is to provide a clean, safe and loving environment where each child can see and experience the love of God and enjoy coming to church. We provide loving care and teaching during each service. Through the use of "Little Blessings," a monthly theme-based curriculum, simple Bible stories, songs, and finger plays are used to help focus the children's time with us on God's name and His love. Our caregivers are trained to meet the needs of young children and volunteers are screened and carefully selected to insure that each child receives the best care possible. A pager is provided at check-in. The pager number serves as a security check as well as a pager. Children will only be released to an adult. The nursery is located in Kid Kountry. Rooms are open 15 minutes prior to each service.

Preschool/Kindergarten
3 years - Kindergarten—Our goal is to lay the foundation for learning and to prepare children's hearts to love and worship Jesus Christ. We have a scheduled teaching program to teach children Biblical principles and about God's love. We want your child to feel welcome and a part of our program through the people and activities that are planned. Each week the children hear a Bible story, and participate in crafts, music, and fun activities that support the lesson. They also have time to play with others, and enjoy a snack. Our classrooms are equipped with age appropriate toys, furniture, and supplies. To help you reinforce the Bible truths that are taught, a Family Time paper is sent home each week. Classes are located in Kid Kountry. Children may be dropped off 15 minutes before each service. Parents must sign children in and out of class and picked up by an adult.

Elementary
1st - 6th Grades—Each Sunday your child will experience learning in one of three Learning Zones: Bible Game Zone, Power Lab or Good Shepherd’s Inn. This year’s theme is "Fruit of the Spirit" where kids will discover how the fruit of God's Spirit grows in their lives. While visiting these zones kids will explore the ways their character displays God's good fruit and learn about Christians throughout history whose lives demonstrated these qualities. We also feature our own worship band at the 9:35 service where we bring all the children together to enjoy worship while building our faith and making a joyful noise.

9:35 Service

• 1st graders meet in Kid Kountry Room 215
• 2nd & 3rd graders meet in Room 1601
• 4th - 6th graders meet in the Wave, Building 7
• Children may be dropped off in these classrooms before the 9:35 service.
  

11:15 Service

Children are to remain with their parents for worship during the 11:15 Service and will be dismissed to their classrooms after the song service. Teachers will meet them in the Worship Center Lobby and take them to class. After the service, parents will pick up their children.
