This course is for those who have a desire to encourage and inspire others in following Jesus. You will discover how to discern God's specific call for your life, how to effectively lead others individually or in groups, and how to stay healthy in the pressures of leading. The Crown Biblical Financial Study is changing the way people are handling their money. The Results - on average, group members are reducing their personal debt by 38%, increasing their savings by 58%, strengthening their marriages and devoting more time to prayer and Bible study. This Fall the group will meet once a week on Wednesday evenings. Approximately two hours of preparation are required outside of class each week. Group members complete a homework assignment, memorize Scripture, and pray for one another daily. The entire study lasts ten weeks. Topics include: Getting Out of Debt, Spending, Saving and Investing, Budgeting, Giving, Earning Money and Training Children.

This Parenting Class, based on Bobbie's bestselling book "Parachutes for Parents," will give participants a clear, easy, no-nonsense and loving model of parenting that will transform their relationship with their children. Those parent-child struggles that affect the climate of the home will be gone, replaced with the knowledge and skills to create and live in a loving living room. (10 weeks)

Making Liberty in Christ a Reality in Life (A Beth Moore Study) What has a "strong hold" on your life? Whatever it is, if it consumes so much of your emotional and mental energy that an abundant life is strangled, then you can break free and know the transforming power of true freedom found only through Jesus Christ. Using selected passages from Isaiah and other Scriptures, this study uses parallels between the lives of the captive Israelites and some of the personal issues which may bind us today. Starts October 15 - This five-week class is designed for those who want to learn more about the Bible and how to use it in their daily lives. The class is fun, fast moving, and informative. You will learn Bible background, how to look up passages quickly and with confidence, and discover how the Bible's wisdom can bring peace and encouragement in today's fast-paced world. (5 weeks)

Diet, Discipline & Discipleship - If you are on a journey of reclaiming your life for God, or rediscovering your true self after a period of living "out of control" in some way, you may need this wisdom! Learn how to make every day a new beginning. This class is particularly for women.

We'll be studying Paul's letters to Timothy. Here is help in the battle of faith, how to live as a disciple, how to deal with false teaching, how to live with Christ and for Christ, and how not to postpone doing what we need to do now, before it is too late.

Sunday mornings this fall Joy will be offering the video series titled "Discovering God’s Way of Handling Money." In this series you will learn the profound impact that managing money has on your relationship with God. Your faithfulness will be rewarded as you discover and apply God's practical and life-changing financial principles. Each participant will use a course workbook during this study.
