Weekend Children‘s Programs
Saturday 5:00 PM
Sunday at 9:35 and 11:15 AM
At Community Church of Joy we believe Deuteronomy 6:6-9 gives a wonderful description of how children learn. God designs children to learn through all they experience! That’s why our Saturday and Sunday curriculum is designed to give children the joy of discovering God’s Word through all the pathways of the mind. We offer multidimensional learning, where kids are no longer just listeners-they’re explorers! With their own curiosity as their guide, diving into the Bible becomes a fascinating experience. Every time your child attends they will receive age-appropriate learning experiences in a loving environment from carefully screened and trained volunteers.

This group consists of mothers of children from infants through elementary age. Getting together on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month, the moms make lifetime friends and center the morning around discussion, enrichment, fun and encouragement. The morning begins with refreshments and usually includes a speaker, creative activity and discussion. The $40 per semester registration fee covers childcare, craft supplies, speaker fees and refreshments. Speakers are centered around a wide range of topics of interest to young families. This group had such a great time last year that they planned additional informal off-campus activities where they could get to know each other better on outings with their children.
