Michelle Reddy Michelle Reddy graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science/Business from Arizona State University and has been a member of Joy for 19 years. She and her husband of 20 years have children ages 16, 12 and 9. In addition to four years of home schooling, their children were enrolled in Joy Preschool for a combined total of eight years. The younger two children are in their third year with Joy Christian School and the oldest will be a senior at Mountain Ridge High School. Michelle and her husband have enjoyed volunteering at Joy in the capacity of board member, ReignDown USA, children's ministry teacher, call committee, service usher, internships mentors, small group leader and conference chairperson. Michelle looks forward to the annual women's fall and spring retreats, summer family camp, Wednesday Primetime, Precious Moments Bible study and the new Women 2 Women Bible study. Ms. Reddy is an established Glendale business owner and currently is part owner of Arrow Security, Inc. She was named by Arizona Women's Magazine as fitness woman of the year as 15-year owner of the Corporate Fitness Center which served over 60 corporations in the Phoenix area. She has also been listed annually as Who's Who in Women in Business by the same magazine. Mrs. Reddy recently co-launched the Academy of Classical Ballet in Northwest Glendale, and currently serves on the board of directors for its non-profit affiliate, Ballet Formé. Michelle has a passion for building relationships in Christ's name within Joy Christian School, the Church and the community. |
